Induction motor test laboratory

On the account of increased demand to setup a test facility for induction motor, CPRI has established new test facility at for testing 415 V, 3 phase induction motors as per IS and IEC standards up to 55 kW. Test is carried out as per IS 12615 which adopts test procedure from IS 15999 Part 1/IEC 60034 Part 1 and IS 15999 Part 2 Sec1/IEC 60034 Part 2 Sec 1. This state of art facility for induction motor testing is fully automated to reduce testing duration, hence catering customers’ needs very effectively and efficiently.
